Two Stars There's no way to easily tear the pages out and the paper is quite thin. Pretty disappointed.They are just what you need to hear after a bad day, coloring these pages while reading these sayings ... This book has a lot of sayings that make you stop to think. They are just what you need to hear after a bad day, coloring these pages while reading these sayings bring a sense of calm to me. This book is perfect for anyone who is trying to reach their goals, or someone that is super stressed out. I love this book and every single page in it!May not be for *everyone* My 5 year olds had been begging for their own adult style coloring book after I jumped on the coloring band wagon last Christmas. I loved the inspirational quotes and they loved the designs--win win. Until one day, I look over and my 5 year old is coloring a page that says: Wake up. Kick Ass. Repeat. After closer examination, there was another page that says, I wish I was a unicorn so I can stab you with my horn. So while it is a great adult/teen coloring book, I think their tag line (an inspirational coloring book for everyone) is little misleading! However, I didn't find the questionable pages to be too difficult to remove and the kids still enjoyed the rest of their books.
