Great book! Jay Dyer pulls the rabbit out of the hole, and cast light upon otherwise, opaque and morally vacuous cultural topics. This book, like the first, paints Rembrandt like details of the shadows cast upon the clouds that frequently would go unnoticed to the profane.Witty Insightful Analysis Dyer is focused like a laser beam 95% of the book with his trademark humor and insight, but a couple chapters he takes his audience off course and goes on a pages long rant on dialectics and you quickly forget which movie the chapter was originally about. Overall a very good breakdown on the esoteric themes/predictive programming Hollywood loves to taunt the masses with.Great Book Well written and interesting. Awesome read if you like movies. Gets into some of the themes behind the movies and reveals info about what the movies are trying to do. If you are interested in the impact of Hollywood on US culture and thought, a must read.
